At Tulia Community Guesthouse, we offer five unique apartments, each thoughtfully designed in a traditional Canarian style. Every space reflects the charm of local architecture, with warm colors, wooden accents, and volcanic stone details that honor the history and culture of Tenerife. We’ve named each accommodation after one of the island’s beautiful beaches—each with its own story to tell. Experience the beauty of traditional Canarian living in our Socorro apartment. With its warm yellow walls, exposed volcanic stones, and wooden floors, this space radiates a welcoming and rustic charm. Perfect for up to four guests, it features a comfortable double bed, a sofa bed for extra guests, a practical kitchenette and a cozy dining area for homemade meals. The compact bathroom is thoughtfully equipped with a spacious shower and all the essentials you need.
Bollullo

El Ancon

El Ancon captures the essence of a traditional Canarian retreat with its inviting , warm bedroom, featuring a king-size bed and an additional sofa bed for extra guests. Ideal for up to four people, the apartment also includes a well-equipped kitchenette and a dining space for shared meals. The bathroom is comfortable, with all the necessary to refresh after a day of working or exploring.
Los Patos + Benijo

This duplex is a tranquil home for families, friends or small groups. The mezzanine bedroom is bathed in natural light, offering stunning views of the surrounding landscape and lush barranco. The second bedroom, tucked away, provides a cozy and restful space overlooking the quiet indoor patio. Almaciga + La Caleta

The Almaciga + La Caleta duplex reflects the charm of an old Canarian home, with volcanic stone ceilings and handcrafted wooden details. The main bedroom features a double bed and a sofa bed, while the second bedroom is bright and intimate. After a day of adventures, the bathroom offers a welcoming bathtub, making this space both practical and full of character.

This beautiful bedroom in situated in a mezzanine and offers space, privacy and brightness with wonderful views on the barranco and the green nature of Tenerife. A kitchenette, dining area and bathroom are shared with the other bedroom Benijo.

La Caleta
Situated in a calm part of the building, it features a window on the corridor that is all open with large windows, giving brightness to the interior. The wooden floors, the yellow walls with exposed volcanic stones and the seating area by the window, typical of the Canarian style, are all adding character to the space. You will share a kitchenette and a bathroom with the bedroom Almaciga. The bathroom is one of the gems of the apartment, with a beautiful bathtub and unique views on the barranco and the green nature of Tenerife.
